How to Use Our 2024 Online Cruise Booking Form

There is now an online booking system for our cruises.  The aim of this is to make it easier for booking but also to ensure that all details are sent to enable us to make sure that bookings are processed promptly.

When booking, please complete all fields carefully as this will help us in making arrangements.  You will only be able to send your Cruise Booking form if ALL the relevant required sections are filled in correctly. Once filled in simply hit the send button and you’re on your way to joining our 2024 cruising programme.

We can adjust the booking for those skippers that may not be able to do the whole trip. If you let us know the times/days you can attend then we can make the neccessary arrangements with the Marina. Please state this in the ‘Requirements’ box on the booking form

Once your Cruise Booking form has been sent you will immediately receive a confirmation/payment email with the PYCCS bank account details into which you should pay your £5 fees for the cruises you’ve booked. NOTE: If you don’t receive this email within 5 minutes, from sending your booking form, then please look in your Spam or Junk folders as some email browsers see automated replies from websites as Spam or Junk mail.

Only when your cruise payment monies are in the bank will you be put on the cruises you’ve chosen. The timing of your payment will enable us to prioritise bookings and definitely ensure that people book on a ‘first come first served’ basis. 

The £5 payment per cruise is to cover the pontoon party costs for each cruise, and is non-refundable if you choose not to go on the cruise. The £5 payment shows commitment that you want to go on the cruises you’ve booked, and is a way of helping us to confidently book cruises with popular venues. Venues are busier than they have been for some years and they favour cruising clubs that turn up for their booked cruises. If a venue refuses to take our bookings because we’ve not turned up on previous bookings with them it is very embassing for the organisers, and creates bad feelings with all.

We will hold a waiting list for over subscribed cruises as members do drop out.  If you cannot be accommodated we will refund your £5 payment.

At Poole Yacht Club Cruising Section we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your cruise and walk bookings and to provide the information and services you have requested from us.  Your details will never be shared with third parties other than for these express purposes and never for the purposes of marketing or similar.
