An Evening with Amy Sparks – Preparing for the World’s Toughest Row

In December, Club Member Amy Sparks and her all-female You Row Team will take on the World’s Toughest Row – an extraordinary 3,000-mile endurance challenge across the Atlantic Ocean.
Join us at the Club on 16 September as Amy shares her inspiring journey and provides an insight into the preparation, training, and determination required to undertake such an incredible challenge.
This is an event for the whole Club community, and we encourage everyone to come along and support one of our fellow members.

The talk will begin at 7.30pm, with race food available from 7.00pm.

There is no charge to attend; however, Amy would greatly appreciate donations towards the significant fundraising effort associated with the challenge. Please show your support by contributing on the evening. Contactless payment facilities will be available.

Whether you are a cruiser, racer, member of the youth section, volunteer, or social member, this promises to be a fascinating and inspirational evening for all.
