SUMMARY:Blue Pool Walk near Wareham
DESCRIPTION:  \nMeet at the “Blue Pool” Wareham BH20 5AR  meet at 10.00 hrs. The Blue Pool opens at 10.00. £7.50 entrance fee. The cafe also opens at 10.00 for breakfast etc. \nThe Walk is being led by Tony and Debbie Raven. \nSet in 25 acres of woodland between Wareham and Corfe Castle\, the Blue Pool derives its name from the striking turquoise colour the water this disused clay pit can appear. The 30-foot deep pool was hand-dug in the 1800s and sits within 150 acres of land as part of the Furzebrook Estate and is a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). \nLeave at 12.15 hrs to be at  the Wareham Golf Club BH20 4DH for Sunday lunch at 12.45 hrs. for a Sunday roast. \nMenu: \nRoast Beef  £16.95\, Roast pork £16\, Veggie £15.50 \nALL ARE WELCOME – walk is open to all PYC members \nPlease Book this walk\, and your menu choice\, HERE \nOnce your Walk Booking form has been sent you will immediately receive an email  confirming that we have received your booking\, and number of people attending the lunch. \nNOTE: If you don’t receive this confirmation email within 5 minutes\, from sending your booking form\, then please look in your Spam or Junk folders as some email browsers see automated replies from websites as Spam or Junk mail. \n  \n\n
